Join Early Learning service offering the best choice in early education, childcare and Kindergarten in coastal town of Lakes Entrance on the Gippsland Lakes! This service had 65 places and welcomes families to their Baby Nursery, Toddler and Kindergarten program, their approach begins with a focus on baby sensory play and building secure attachments so the littlest learners develop the confidence they need to explore, followed by exciting play-based toddler programs featuring opportunities to develop literacy, numeracy, and early socialisation skills. Children aged from 3-years old can also join their Kindergarten programs, developing the school readiness skills they need to thrive in Primary School.
As the Lead Educator for the Senior Toddler Room your responsibilities will include;

  • Supporting and mentoring the educators to implement programs, follow the EYLF and share the excitement of child-led discovery.
  • Nurturing and developing the team members so they confidently contribute to the children’s learning.
  • Being responsible for building strong rapport with the families and educators.
  • Ensuring compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded. 

As the early childhood Lead Educator for the senior toddler room, you will be a professional and knowledgeable leader responsible for delivering a quality educational program and curriculum in line with approved learning frameworks to support the education and care needs of the children.
To be successful in this role you will need to be a dedicated, positive and enthusiastic Lead Educator teacher who has solid written and verbal communication skills, who enjoys working in a collaborative team building strong relationships with parents, children and colleagues.  A Diploma in Early Childhood is essential and hands on experience as a Lead Educator is preferred.
