The Account Manager – Marketing role is a focused on assisting a variety of clients to devise, plan and activate their marketing programs. With a wide range of small to medium business clients, this role requires someone with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with exceptional time management capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines. You will account manage multiple clients projects across all marketing disciplines with support from the leadership team.
 
Your responsibilities will include being:

  • Responsible for the overall project delivery of marketing programs for clients, including the day-to-day activities and interactions with clients.
  • Ownership of set accounts in the portfolio, including all reporting to both the client and management.
  • Support the Head of Marketing in their role to manage the overall marketing consulting business.
  • Responsible for ongoing communication with clients including weekly/fortnightly work in progress (WIP) meetings.
  • Providing feedback on market trends and insights.
  • Responsible for executing campaigns for clients. This can be via a variety of methods, including: digital campaigns, print and digital media, SEO/SEM and events.
  • Work with the team to devise and create new campaigns. This can include building campaigns or briefing campaigns to partner agencies.
  • Responsible for reporting to clients on campaign success and next steps.
  • Responsible for creating and executing content strategy including; writing content, briefing content to be written, working with the internal design agency to brief in content.
  • Ability to provide in-depth analysis of results, both operational and financial, and explaining these to clients in a simple and straightforward manner.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar account management role, either on the client or agency side overseeing the delivery of marketing programs, particularly digital marketing as well as experience in working across multiple projects with varying deadlines.  You will also have excellent time management capabilities and dedication to your client accounts as well as strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, exceptional written communication and attention to detail and enjoy being part of a high performing and supportive team! Previous experience with Hubspot preferred but not essential.
